Return Window
You may request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- With original tags and packaging intact
- Returned in the same condition as delivered
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer may not be approved for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email contact@oopsora.com with your order details.
Our typical response time is 12–24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note:
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
- Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be returned to the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:
- Clear photos of the product
- Pictures of the outer packaging
- Mandatory unboxing video
- Your order number
In case of transit damage or manufacturing defects, we will offer a replacement or refund to the original payment method, as applicable.
If an unboxing video is not provided and the issue cannot be verified, refunds or replacements may not be approved.
Issues reported beyond 48 hours may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized products
- Custom prints
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to customer handling
All such sales are final.
Package Damage at Delivery
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please mention the damage in the courier’s delivery remarks. Capture photos/videos before opening the package. This helps us raise claims with the courier partner.
Color & Print Variations
We use high-quality digital printing with certified inks. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen differences and printing processes.
- Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
Careful Unboxing
Customers are advised to unbox packages carefully. Damage caused by scissors, blades, or sharp objects is not eligible for refunds or replacements unless:
- A full unboxing video is provided.
- Photos of the courier packaging are shared.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery, store credit will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
Refunds will be issued to:
- Original payment method (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
- Store credit or gift card (where applicable)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Note
Oopsora reserves the right to review return and refund requests in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
